Where purpose, ancestral wisdom, and imagination
take the front seat in our movements for change
Hi Reader,
The 5th cohort of the Wild Dreams program came to a close last month, and I am feeling excited and activated around new possibilities and new directions the program will be taking in the future.
This season, what rose to the top was the theme of navigating transitions, and all that it entails. Living through transition has taken on many new dimensions, and we’re giving ourselves permission to move through it with intention, and most importantly, with love.
Inside the coaching space, we truly had the opportunity to take off our professional ‘masks’ to be seen, supported, and celebrated. Every season of the program, I remain honored and in awe of the incredible transformations that I get to witness, and that continue to unfold over the months that follow. It takes a year to fully integrate what Wild Dreams unlocks within you. And the stories of the women who have bravely stepped into their purpose are what I call living a Golden Life.
I’ve taken some time to ruminate on what the new iteration of Wild Dreams would look like. From the rich feedback and experiences of the 20+ women who have joined the program, and from my own intuitive review of all that it contains, I’ve been reimagining how to offer Wild Dreams to best meet the needs of the vibrant women that I am called to serve.
This isn’t meant to be an overnight transformation. It is slow, deliberate, intentional, and delicious. Each woman gets the opportunity to see their reflection in a way they have forgotten or never even knew existed. And while it’s no small feat to do the work of unlearning what isn’t yours and remembering your truth, it is also this act of simplicity that makes Wild Dreams so impactful.
I’ve been called to create more space for the embodiment of the core elements of this program to set the stage for the integration phase. What this means is that Wild Dreams will now exist as two parts - the 8-week program with a deeper breakdown of the core elements, and a 4-part post-program course intended to support the process of bringing your Wild Dream to life.
The 6th cohort will begin in late summer, and you’ll be receiving more updates as it grows closer. To join the waitlist and receive special offers for Wild Dreams, click here.
In the meantime, I want to share with you the golden stories of the women who have graced us with their presence as they pursue their life’s work. Over the next few months, we will be highlighting these beautiful Wild Dreamers, their experiences, and the things they have created after joining the program.
If you are a part of an organization that embraces this work, or a woman navigating professional spaces and seeking the next step towards what you came into this world to be, Wild Dreams could be for you. Applications will re-open at the end of the summer and if you’re considering this next cohort, know that you can reach out at any time to ask me anything.

Content warning: This email touches on sexual violence, ancestral trauma, and the weight of secrets carried in the name of movements and families. Take care of yourself as you read. I woke up to the news with my phone alarm still ringing. A headline. Dolores Huerta. The New York Times. I didn't need to read past the first line to understand what had happened. I couldn't listen or read it. Not yet. Two days before, I had done a ceremonial bodywork to release what was burdening my physical...
I hope that you’ve had a restful and joyful holiday season. The opportunity to spend time with family, or simply unplug and step away from work is something that shouldn’t be relegated to just this time of year, yet we can still savor these moments of quiet and connection.I have been reflecting on the past three years and the chain of events that led me to leaving my life in NYC to relocate to Mexico. Tuning into the wisdom of this land and its indigenous peoples has opened my heart to a new...
Based on the plans I put in motion a few months ago, I thought I was going to be writing to you today about my new course under the Wild Dreams umbrella. But that’s not what's happening. (Read to the end for all the updates alongside lessons learned.) When I decided to offer Wild Dreams in a self-guided format this year, I was really excited to simplify and bring ease to myself and the women who would be part of the program. I didn’t realize just how much needed to change and be reshaped. As...
